The room was as expected, the staff very friendly and accommodating. Very close to several restaurants. The area was reasonably quiet, however it is directly across the road from the Hospital so helicopters coming in and out during the night. The room has a very good heater and the bed very comfy. My room was a little dated but this was to be expected for an overnight motel. The free Wi-Fi was good. The shower was adequate, linen very pressed and clean. A large flat screen TV and comfy chairs were good at the end of the day. This was ideal for a one night stop over that is very close the airport.

It featured a large bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, which was convenient for the kids. Plus, parking was available right outside our door. The location is excellent, situated directly across from the hospital, and there’s a dairy just a two-minute walk away.

I was already talking to the concierge when the phone rang. I didn't expect him the stop our conversation to answer the phone when I just came to check in after a long drive. He seemed unaware that between a customer in front of him and an unknown caller, the customer right in front of him takes precedence. Perhaps customer service training is still needed.

The water pressure is AMAZING! Also being 6ft tall and having a bath that I feel comfortable in was luxurious. Peaceful and quiet with friendly staff. The supply of mini bar/snacks was also really handy after a long day of travelling. Parking right in front of our unit was also very nice. Literally across the road from the hospital and near the airport.

Last minute decision to book and stay while driving back home, and was pleasantly surprised by the decor, quality, new refurbished rooms, reception staff, everything presented well , clean, bed was comfy, and there was a bath for a good soak after a long day or working/ driving. Would recommend, and stay here again if needed to stop in Palmy.
